The Barbadian-born star shared that she spent most of her downtime this year in the kitchen. Thankfully, we may be able to benefit from her culinary skills!

While speaking with the British magazine, RihRih revealed that the break in her travel schedule allowed her to curate a cookbook filled with her favorite Caribbean recipes.

“I love what I do, but I am always busy and quarantine gives me the time to do things I wouldn’t always have been able to do – watch an entire box set in a day, cook, go for a walk,” she shares. “It’s important we do little things we enjoy and are kind to ourselves.”

Siting her love for “fresh fish,” along with comfort foods and drinks like “mac ’n’ cheese, Shepherd’s pie and rum punch,” we wouldn’t be surprised to see these recipes appear in the book, which has no release date as of yet.

“At first it was strange because I am not used to being still—but during quarantine, you have no choice but to be still,” she shared about her experience sheltering-in-place at home. “Then you start to realize during lockdown, you are stuck there with your own thoughts and your imagination and it really helped my creativity blossom.”

This news comes days after news surfaced that the Work singer is reportedly looking to use her stamp of inclusivity on the athleisure side of fashion.
